Yes, CashFlowHQ's free plan includes all essential features: unlimited transactions, the complete 6 Jars system, unlimited accounts, monthly PDF reports, financial goals, budget alerts, and CSV export. There's no time limit or locked features. The free plan is permanent.

We use Supabase as our database infrastructure with Row Level Security (RLS) enabled, meaning each user can only access their own data — even system administrators cannot see your information. All communication is encrypted with HTTPS/TLS. Data is stored on secure servers with automatic backups.

The Free and Pro plans are primarily designed for personal finances. The Business plan (coming soon) will include multi-organization, team collaboration, a profit & loss dashboard, and API access, making it ideal for small and medium businesses.

CashFlowHQ supports any world currency. You can configure your preferred currency during onboarding or change it at any time from Settings. Reports and the dashboard will display all values in your selected currency.

Yes. You can export all your transactions in CSV format at any time from the Transactions section. You can also download your monthly reports in PDF format. Your data always belongs to you and you can take it with you whenever you want.

We're actively working on Pro features: automatic bank sync, AI-powered categorization, and financial predictions. We plan to launch the Pro plan in the coming months. You can subscribe to our waitlist to be among the first to get access.

CashFlowHQ is designed with a mobile-first approach. It works perfectly in any mobile browser — Chrome, Safari, Firefox. The interface is fully responsive and optimized for small screens. A native iOS and Android app is on our roadmap.
